Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bc44 ("the Platform", "the Company", "We", "Us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bc44 platform at bc44.io, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using bc44 immediately and must not proceed with registration or any financial transactions on the platform.

bc44 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page regularly to remain informed of their obligations.

Eligibility

To register and use bc44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bc44 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account permanently closed and all balances, including any winnings, will be forfeited.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registration by automated means, bots, or on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from bc44 or from any other online gaming platform due to fraudulent or prohibited behaviour.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order that covers bc44 at the time of registration.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility rules is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on bc44. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. bc44 may request supporting documentation at any stage to verify the information you have provided, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must notify bc44 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

bc44 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraud, or other irregular activity.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bc44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bc44 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳500; withdrawals processed to registered bKash wallet
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳500; withdrawals processed to registered Nagad account
• Rocket — minimum deposit ৳500; withdrawals processed to registered Rocket account
• Upay — minimum deposit ৳500; withdrawals processed to registered Upay wallet
• Visa / Mastercard — subject to card issuer availability and minimum amounts as displayed at checkout

Deposits are credited to your bc44 account in real time or within a short processing period depending on the payment method used. bc44 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours. bc44 targets same-day processing for verified accounts using mobile wallet methods. The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where unusual account activity has been detected.

Players may only withdraw funds to a payment method they have previously used to make a deposit on bc44. bc44 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously verified on the player's account.

Bonuses & Promotions

bc44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods.

General bonus terms applicable across all bc44 promotions include the following:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on each promotion page.
• bc44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect a bonus that a player has already claimed and is actively working through.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through pattern betting designed to artificially meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — will have their bonus balances voided and may have their accounts reviewed for further action.

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on bc44 are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market, as published within the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. Once a bet is accepted and a confirmation reference is issued, it is binding and cannot be cancelled.
• bc44 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where there has been a manifest error in the odds, including where odds are materially incorrect due to a technical fault.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. bc44 is not responsible for the accuracy of live score or statistics data provided by third-party data suppliers.
• If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport-specific rules displayed on the platform at the time the bet was placed.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary by sport, league, and event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• bc44 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator to ৳5,000,000 BDT unless otherwise specified for a specific promotion or market.

For cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — specific rules regarding rain interruptions, DLS method applications, and match abandonment will be applied in accordance with the official tournament governing body's decisions.

Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on bc44 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual games — are governed by the rules of the respective game as provided by the supplying game studio. bc44 acts as a distributor of games developed by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe.

The following general casino rules apply to all games on the platform:

• All games use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers. bc44 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are based on the theoretical long-run average and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the game engine will complete the round based on the state at the time of disconnection. The outcome will be recorded and the result applied to your account balance accordingly.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on bc44. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Creating or using more than one account on bc44
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with games
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error must be reported to bc44 support and will be voided
• Any form of fraud, including chargebacks, payment reversal abuse, or identity theft
• Attempting to launder money through the platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bc44 staff or other players via any communication channel
• Using bc44 for any commercial purpose not explicitly authorised by the Company

bc44 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report any suspected criminal activity — including fraud and money laundering — to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the player concerned.

Account Suspension & Closure

bc44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant and subject to closure following written notice to the registered email address

Players may voluntarily close their bc44 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method, provided all applicable withdrawal conditions have been met and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remain.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bc44 reserves the right to retain the account balance as compensation for losses or costs incurred as a result of the breach.

Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any bc44 content without the prior written consent of the Company. Unauthorised use of bc44 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bc44 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings due to technical failure, disconnection, or third-party service outage
• Loss of data or account information
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by payment providers
• Inaccuracy of third-party data, odds, or live scores

bc44's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bc44's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

bc44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bc44 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The version of the Terms in force at the time of any dispute between a player and bc44 shall be the version published on bc44.io/terms-conditions on the date on which the dispute arose. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
